We are excited to announce our November Degustation will be held on Thursday the 25th, with guest chef, Josie Wyatt, taking over the kitchen! Josie has worked studiously in many of Brisbane’s best restaurants, including Gerard’s Bistro, Bucci, and Arc Dining, and has worked with award winning chefs Alanna Sapwell and Ben Williamson. More recently, she has worked as the Head Chef at Yavanna, and is passionate about developing new products and mock meats that help people look differently at a plant based lifestyle.
Expect an amazing menu, featuring seasonal local produce with some delightful twists.
